- Q. Do you provide a delivery quarantee?
- A. Yes - Delivery is guaranteed. If your order does not arrive by 21
days after shipment, your order will be resent at our cost or the amount
charged for your order will be refunded (per request).

- Q. What if my order does not arrive?
- A. The risk of orders getting lost in the international mail
system is very low (less than 1%). Our top pharmacies in our list offers
you a delivery guarantee - your order will be resent or you will be reimbursed in full
in the unlikely event that your shipment fails to reach you, provided the
delivery details you supplied when ordering were correct. This applies if
your order does not reach you within 21 days of being dispatched. If you
have any questions about delivery which are not answered on our site,
please dont hesitate to contact your chosen pharmacy from our list.
If for any reason the order does not arrive within 20 BUSINESS days (Please NOTE we do not count
Saturdays and Sundays) and you refuse to accept a free new shipment from us, we will gladly reimburse
you with another product of the same value or issue you a full refund.
If you change your mind you may cancel the order before it has been shipped by sending us an
e-mail message. We will do a refund to your credit card asap.
If your order arrives and the shipping container is crushed, folded or
severely damaged, a new item will be shipped free of charge.
We wish to draw your attention to the fact that if you would like a refund, please
notify your chosen pharmacy directly instead of contacting your bank. We can not grant
a refund if you first make a claim directly with your bank.
